The Sello Migrante is a recognition given by the Servicio Nacional de Migraciones to the municipalities that carry out positive action measures aimed at the inclusion of the migrant and refugee population, based on certain quality standards and with a focus on rights, inclusion and non-discrimination.

The Civil Society Council (COSOC) of the Servicio Nacional de Migraciones (SERMIG) is an autonomous body whose purpose is to institutionalize the analysis and discussion of civil society regarding migrations in Chile, in matters within the competence of SERMIG.
The Niñez Migrante Program works to promote immigration regularization and ensure the social inclusion of all foreign children and adolescents (NNA) residing in Chile, guaranteeing their right to state protection and dignified treatment.
The Servicio Nacional de Migraciones is responsible for and committed to mainstreaming a gender perspective in its work and the initiatives it sponsors: a program called Apoya Mujer Migrante (Support for Migrant Women) and the Unidad de Género to address related matters.
