Palabras del Director
Leading this service is a great challenge, and entails a great responsibility to the country. One of the major concerns of citizens today has to do with migration, while our mission is to provide the best service to our users. Both issues come together in the mandate to create the best conditions for the inclusion of migrants, promoting and caring for social cohesion in the welcoming territories.
The new Law of Migrations and the Política Nacional de Migración are the tools to manage this process of inclusion, taking into account the needs and capabilities of the country. Migration can and must be a contribution to the development of our country and for this we must order, regulate, and give rationality to the management of migration".- Luis Eduardo Thayer
